Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10+ years of experience, with a preference for a Master's degree or 5+ years of experience specifically in programs or services for the deaf and hard of hearing. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and public speaking.
