This critical leadership role involves leading a large team that supports multiple in-line disease areas across various analytics and operations functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring insightful market and customer landscape, sales and marketing operational effectiveness, and efficiency. They will also be pivotal in the design and implementation of the Go-to-Market model for new business units as the pipeline evolves. Collaboration with global and international counterparts is essential, as is the ability to enhance analytics capabilities to support the business as a strategic partner.

Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or MBA being desirable. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a commercial pharmaceutical organization or strategy/management consulting is required, with a proven track record in leading large, multi-functional teams. Experience in commercial drug launches, particularly in specialty, and a deep understanding of the US commercial pharmaceutical industry are essential. The role demands a leader with strong strategic thinking, the ability to manage ambiguity, and a compliance mindset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively across multiple business units and disease areas.
