The ideal candidate for the Executive Director at The Summit: Has a minimum of a 4-year degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field with prior experience in the leadership and oversight of a community with multiple levels of services (IL, AL, and LTC). Please note that those who experience in only one of the three areas will not be considered for this opportunity. Must have Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively lead and deliver outcomes. Has a solid track record of successfully creating customer and team member experiences aligned with WesleyLife's hospitality, person-directed and wellness philosophies. Can effectively lead in a fast-paced environment with an ability to inspire the team to provide the level of customer service expected – all with a focus on serving older adults in ways which allow them to live engaged and purpose-filled lives! Our new Executive Director must be a mission-focused and values-based leader who demonstrates the ability to focus on results. The ability to inspire and support the team around a shared set of expectations and outcomes as well as excellent communication and people skills are important for this role.
