About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Cardiovascular Services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in providing direction and administrative management for the entire cardiovascular service line, including various specialized units such as Cath & EP Labs, Cardiac Imaging, Cardiac Rehab, CVOR, and Advanced Heart Failure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional outcomes, patient-centered care, and overall performance within the service line. Key responsibilities include working closely with the flagship hospital's executives, leading a large cardiovascular program in a complex environment, and driving results through the identification of growth opportunities.

Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 5 years' healthcare operations leadership experience, with a Master's degree preferred. The role demands a proven track record in leading a large cardiovascular program and the ability to thrive in a high-impact, demanding environment. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of the company's mission to provide the highest quality of care and must be adept at fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the cardiovascular service line. The position requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage and coordinate the various sub-specialties within the service line, including heart transplant and perfusion, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and cutting-edge cardiovascular care.
