The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision and leadership for the design, implementation, and evaluation of technology that supports the institution's people. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technology and analytics, including 5 years of people leadership experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR technology and enterprise system implementation, as well as the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences. The role demands a strong dedication to operational excellence, the ability to drive HR effectiveness and efficiency through key operational measures, and a commitment to championing change and fostering a culture of collaboration within the division. Director-level experience in a large hospital environment is a plus.
