Applicants for the Executive Director and President/Chief Executive Officer position at the company should have a proven track record in executive leadership, organizational management, and a deep commitment to the company's mission. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, financial management, and a strong understanding of the regulatory and policy environment relevant to the company's work. A background in one or more of the following fields is preferred: arts and culture, conservation and environment, healthcare, academic medicine, health sciences, social justice, and advocacy.
