The successful candidate will be responsible for the US Pet Health Vet business departments, including corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, and shelter business. This role involves creating and executing the strategic business plan, managing external c-suite relationships, and leading negotiations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and motivating a high-performing account manager team, developing and negotiating contracts for top-line growth, and overseeing the strategic business plan's management and execution.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of work experience in the pet health industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in sales management, sales training, practice management consulting, marketing, or operations. The role requires a proven track record in strategic account management, at least 3 years of C-Suite customer engagement experience, and a minimum of 7 years in people management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, and be able to influence across multiple functions.
