The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and account management, particularly in the realm of SaaS, DaaS, advertising, and marketing solutions. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, managing a strong sales motion, and developing creative proposals to optimize client spend. A key aspect of the role is the ability to engage with the client C-Suite, and the candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a sales and account management role. The role demands a proven winner who is adept at managing sales in a challenging, fast-paced environment, and who can think strategically about new opportunities. Strong motivational leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within a sales organization are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitors, and be familiar with tuning and scaling the go-to-market approach to accelerate sales. Experience in the healthcare industry and a strong working knowledge of media research services and the competitive environment are highly valued.
