This pivotal role is responsible for leading the Corporate Development function, including board management, M&A, investments, and identifying organic growth opportunities. They should have substantial experience in strategic and financial analysis, complex deal structuring, and be adept at project management and negotiations. Experience in the media space, particularly with linear television, and a background in launching new business initiatives are essential. The role requires a collaborative leader who can influence change, is adept at storytelling through data, and can adapt to a variety of audiences. The candidate should also be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
