Experience in the media space, particularly with linear television, and a background in launching new business initiatives are essential. The role requires a collaborative leader who can influence change, is adept at storytelling through data, and can adapt to a variety of audiences. The candidate should also be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
