The successful candidate will be relentlessly client-focused, with a passion for championing the client, and will be responsible for driving the direction, management, and adoption of core products and programs. They will lead a team to ensure exceptional service, utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, and create scalable programs to ensure client success. Additionally, the role involves utilizing data analysis to gain insights into client behavior, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience, and expanding partnerships to meet sales targets.
Applicants for the Vice President of Customer Experience position at the company must be innovators, strategists, and integrators, capable of fostering a climate of trust and collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred, and a proven track record in building and managing customer loyalty and retention programs. Experience in a leadership role overseeing customer service and/or education, as well as in B2B or B2C e-commerce, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and survey platforms. They should be adept at translating data insights into actionable plans, and be experienced in strategy development with a focus on building industry-leading partnerships and programs.
