The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the customer success team, fostering a culture of accountability, and advocating for customer needs. This role requires a proven track record in customer success, with a strong preference for experience in highly acquisitive companies. The VP will also be tasked with effectively managing product feedback and maintaining strong relationships between the customer success team and the product and engineering departments.

Applicants for the VP of Customer Success and Growth role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in customer success, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have a background in companies with annual revenues between $500M and $1B, and experience in long-tail digital customer success programs. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage influence and drive results through negotiation and consensus building. An analytical, process-oriented mindset, and a continuous desire for learning and improvement are also key qualifications for this role.
