The successful candidate will be a highly experienced senior leader, results-driven, and adept at advancing strategic priorities in organizational and financial growth, service excellence, external relationships, and talent management. This role is pivotal in supporting the strategy, planning, and implementation for the assigned region, as well as overseeing operations, program excellence, and contract management. The EVP will also be a champion of the company's mission, vision, values, and business model.
Applicants for the Executive Vice President role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for previous experience in leadership, personnel management, and budget oversight. The position requires a candidate who is mission-focused, strategically oriented, and has a proven track record in total quality improvement and service excellence. As a member of the National Leadership team, the EVP will be expected to be a trusted colleague, a developer of talent, and an effective communicator. The ideal candidate will also be bi-lingual, with Spanish language skills considered a plus, and must reside in the West-Southwest/Mid-West Region, with the ability to travel and possess reliable transportation.
