Responsibilities
Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefsTake responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasksPerform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motionsIdentify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolutionQualifications
Must have at least two years experience practicing Family Law in Arizona
Able to work independently while handling multiple filesGraduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred AssociationAbout The Turner Law Firm PLLC
