Job Description We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our small kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related professional kitchen experience and be available to work during our dinner restaurant hours, Wednesday - Sunday 3pm to 11pm.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service, working collaboratively with the front-of-house team. Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and make recommendations to the chef and management team. Requirements 3+ years of related professional kitchen experience. Availability to work during dinner restaurant hours, Wednesday - Sunday 3pm to 11pm. Knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
