Akkodis is seeking a Facilities Administrator for our client located in Mesa, AZ. This role will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager and various location site contacts to ensure the seamless operation of building infrastructure. This role involves providing administrative assistance, acting as a liaison for contractors, coordinating staff and office equipment during relocations, and occasionally supervising and participating in maintenance tasks.
Pay: $20/hr-$25/hr Key Responsibilities: Track facility service requests and ensure timely completion within set quality standards.Manage building spaces, including meeting rooms, storage, and security areas.Ensure safety procedures are adhered to, and safety equipment is always available and operational.Build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners, promoting a collaborative work environment.Communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.Assist Finance and Accounting with month-end reporting, CAPEX reviews, asset tracking, and rent payments.Manage vendor setups, maintenance, and invoice payments in collaboration with Accounts Payable.Schedule and coordinate vendors for on-site work, while handling safety-related matters with site locations.Handle HR compliance posters at various locations.Work with the Risk and Insurance Manager to track and report incidents.Assist with international travel arrangements, including support for employees without company credit cards.Coordinate annual fire drills and evacuation procedures with local fire departments and property management teams. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Facilities Administrator or similar experienceExcellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Proficiency in expense reporting and managing vendor relationships.Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to operational tasks.Experience with property management, safety regulations, and emergency procedures preferred.
