Our client represents a top-tier healthcare facility focused on delivering outstanding medical services and advancing community health outcomes. They are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Facilities and Security Director.
This role is integral to maintaining the hospital's infrastructure, safety protocols, and security measures, ensuring a secure and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Focus: Develop and execute strategic facilities management plans to optimize the hospital's physical infrastructure. Oversee all maintenance, repair, and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and budget constraints. Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols and procedures to foster a culture of safety and mitigate risks. Coordinate emergency preparedness initiatives, including disaster response plans, drills, and staff training. Manage security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel, to ensure the protection of hospital premises. Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify and resolve facility-related issues and implement improvement strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in facilities management, safety, and security. Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5-7 years of experience in plant maintenance and engineering management within a hospital or similar healthcare environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and drive results. In-depth knowledge of building systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to facilities management, safety, and security.
