Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5-7 years of experience in plant maintenance and engineering management within a hospital or similar healthcare environment.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and drive results.In-depth knowledge of building systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to facilities management, safety, and security.Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
