Descripción del Empleo:
Lead the implementation of preventive maintenance tools and procedures for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. Lead the scheduling, execution and documentation (SAP) of maintenance activities for all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, compress air systems, vacuum systems, DI Water systems, Water Treatment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs. Lead the continuous review and improvement of the maintenance procedures. Lead the troubleshooting of any issues with the plant utilities. Perform routinely facility inspections, prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommendations to be taken. Monitor and supervise the facilities team of technician and contractors performing maintenance and repair activities.
Respond to emergencies and support any afterhours building needs and activities
Requisitos:
Educational: Engineering or Science of Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering

Experience: 5+ Years with Bachelors or 3+ Years with Masters. Exposure to engineering and manufacturing environment
