Provide administrative and operational support directly to a sales team to assist in achieving sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales-related tasks. Communicate between sales representatives, customers, and various internal departments. Support the successful implementation of new accounts and ongoing account service to customers. Handle a wide variety of sales support activities with a full understanding of sales process and operational knowledge. Function as a go-to resource and aid team members.Primary Duties / Responsibilities: Maintain organized records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions (by phone or email), andcommunications in designated system, ensuring information is accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.Create sales reports (customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery, or service problems,reasons for product returns, etc.), and forecasts.Process sales orders accurately; monitor the order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team; and handle order changes, cancellations, ensuring compliance with company policiesArrange for creation and circulation of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.Attend essential meetings to develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline sales support operations.The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the employee but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
