Family Law Attorney

We are looking for an attorney who can figure out what needs to be done to get a case ready for trial, and do it, long before the trial date. We want an attorney whose presence makes a client feel protected; who exudes confidence, knowledge and compassion. Our ideal candidate should make effective decisions and enjoy handing off the implementation of those decisions, while following through to make sure that that implementation occurred. Compensation $125,000 Total compensation, DOE
Responsibilities Analyze and manage complex family law cases from signing through a positive settlement or trial. Efficiently delegate responsibilities to paralegals and ensure tasks are timely completed. Ensure that clients' legal and emotional needs are met during divorce or modification process. Design litigation plan that maximizes benefits to clients while allowing for positive, early settlement Conduct client strategy sessions, hearings, depositions, mediations or trials Work with financial and custody experts to orchastrate positive settlements or prepare for trial Qualifications have extensive knowledge of the Texas Family Code Enjoy taking cases to trial or pursuing aggressive, early settlements
Must be able to manage a large docket
