What You'll Do: As a Federal Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing proposal activities, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements. From writing, editing, and proofreading proposals to guiding the entire lifecycle of contracts administration, you'll be at the forefront of our success. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the entire proposal development submittal/award life cycle. Write, edit, and proofread proposals and related materials to ensure accuracy and compliance. Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes. Evaluate and understand client requirements for incoming Request for Proposals (RFPs). Track and report proposal win/non-win information to evaluate performance. Guide the entire lifecycle of contracts administration from pre-award to closeout. Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and subcontractors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university. 2+ years of experience in relevant product-related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Adobe Illustrator. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
