Field Manager/Supervisor

Summit Home Health Care is seeking the right individuals to visit our caregivers in the field and give us an honest report of how they are doing. Previous experience in home care is not required.




Job Requirements:




Must possess a current, valid NYS Drivers license and car


Must speak fluent English AND fluent Spanish


Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization


Recent Physical


TB Screening (Quantiferon required)


Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work


Drug Screen


Excellent communication skills


Strong critical thinking skills


Able to function independently with minimum supervision




Location:




Visits to be completed in 5 boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk counties.
