Field Project Supervisor

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality control, and managing on-site activities. *Responsibilities* - Supervise construction sites to ensure work is being carried out efficiently and according to project specifications - Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors - Implement project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met - Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets standards - Handle budgeting and cost control measures for projects - Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other project documentation - Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff *Requirements* - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry - Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Prolog or HeavyBid - Strong understanding of construction contracts and specifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure - Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures - Knowledge of Bluebeam software is a plus Join us as a Field Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team driving successful construction projects to completion.
