A healthcare-focused organization is seeking a Field Recruiter specializing in Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics to identify, engage, and recruit qualified professionals for homecare services. This role is vital in sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment process from initial contact through placement, and collaborating with healthcare facilities to meet their staffing needs.

Responsibilities Include: Source, screen, and recruit Occupational Therapists and Pediatric professionals. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement. Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively match candidates with suitable opportunities. Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in healthcare staffing. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving placement goals.
