New opportunity for an Applications Engineer (Service Specialist) to join the Bruker BioSpin Service and Lifecycle Support Team based in Rehevot, Israel.
Responsibilities
Installation of NMR, MRI systems and related accessories Provide after sales application and training support Provide after sales service support including hardware and software problems Perform preventive maintenance Refilling cryogens Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
A tertiary level qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a related discipline OR to be able to demonstrate a similar level of knowledge and skill gained by practical experience Experience with Field Service support is MUST Should be able to understand Electronics/Electrical diagrams Good command of computer skills and familiarity with Windows and Linux OS Should be ready for domestic and international travelling Current valid driving licence. Languages: Hebrew and English Excellent communications skills needed to work with a wide variety of knowledge levels with customers of differing backgrounds Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills Ability to set priorities in a rapidly changing commercial environment Bruker Corporation offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
