Field Service Technician

You will be reporting to the Regional Commercial Lead of the US and working closely with the Regional Sales Lead and Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations. You will operate with high levels of autonomy to ensure that our Dealer Network and its customers' needs are met in an efficient and effective manner providing world-class service for our product. Next to that, you act as the regional counterpart of the Global Technical Service Lead to drive changes that will improve quality and efficiency. You will be entering a fast-paced and quickly growing market segment where you will be heavily involved in determining the future path of our Technical Service team in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Channel Partners: Create training materials and deliver training programs for channel partners Educate channel partners on product features, functionality, and best practices Build relationships of trust with channel partners Technical Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely or on-site Document support activities, including issue identification and resolution steps Installations: Conduct on-site installations of our products at client locations Collaborate with sales to coordinate installation schedules and requirements Qualifications: Have a technical background with relevant study or experience Have at least 5 years of working experience leading teams in a customer-facing role Have all relevant certificates (Working from heights, OSHA 10) Have excellent communication skills; confident and comfortable to present and educate others Entrepreneurial and you can work independently and proactively Ability to adapt and overcome obstacles in a safe and efficient manner to ensure that our customers are taken care of Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of your time and be flexible in your working hours Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Operates with a positive and can-do attitude that enjoys participating in a growing business that is everchanging Location Eastern USA What we offer: Medical, Dental & Vision 401K: Non-Elective Contribution scheme contributing up to 3% Unlimited paid vacation days and 12 paid holidays Laptop & phone Bonus Car allowance, Working from home allowance, Stay fit allowance
