Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician 11/23/22 Our client is seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals for the position of field service technician. Responsibilities: This an independent position with minimal direct supervision. The individual will identify problems, develop solutions, and service water and wastewater treatment accounts within their service area.

This includes following tasks: · Work with current customers to understand their unique business needs and meet those needs to maintain and grow sales of client chemicals and equipment within the customer's facility.

· Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving a variety of challenges, as required, promoting long-term business relationships with client.

· Perform system analysis and data interpretation to provide written recommendations ensuring that customer's operations are performing at optimal levels. This includes but is not limited to; chemical testing, calibration and repair of chemical feed related equipment, and visual inspections of systems.

· Collaborate with the Engineered Systems Division on sales of major systems, such as wastewater treatment, recycle, and reuse, and cooling towers.

· Establish and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including industrial plant and facility executives.

· Work with account sales/service representatives and account managers to help expand and develop additional customer opportunities.
