Categories Pharmaceuticals About the Role The Company is seeking an FP&A Manager / Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial planning and analysis processes with a strong focus on data integrity, reporting, and process enhancement. This role involves maintaining a deep understanding of cost center structures, general ledger accounts, and their linkages to FP&A and management control systems. The FP&A Manager will also be a key player in planning and business partnering, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, and will regularly interface with business partners to ensure transparent communication and build strong relationships.
Applicants must have a BS degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years of professional working experience and at least 2 years in an FP&A role. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, is required, and experience with financial planning, reporting, and modeling is a must. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a high sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is desired, and knowledge of IFRS accounting and proficiency in tools such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, NetSuite, and VBA or Python in Excel is a plus. The role also requires strong analytical, strategic thinking, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to lead and participate in special projects.
