Finance Internship (The Woodlands, Texas)
Huntsman is now searching for a Finance Intern located at our corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, TX. This internship is for Summer 2025.
Our summer intern program is tailored to individuals who are currently enrolled full-time students at an accredited four-year college or university. The internship runs from May to August - dependent on the school calendar. The goal of the Huntsman Intern Program is to provide a structured program that will equip interns with the skills and experience to help prepare for a successful career.
As a Finance Intern, you will: Support the team in providing timely, accurate, and insightful reporting and analysisAssist with PowerPoint slides for various meetingsProvide support in reporting projects, such as financial modeling and benchmarking analysesAssist with budget and forecast preparationProvide assigned financial costing reporting on a timely basis to the businessParticipate in reporting improvements to online system reportingReport building in Power BI and IBM PAProvide assigned offline financial reporting on a timely basis to the businessSupport set up and improvement of online financial reportingConduct profitability analysis for assigned areasIntern rotates between activities and assignments for the business What are we looking for in the ideal Candidate? Full time college student at the Junior, Senior or Master level by the end of Spring 2025Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university seeking a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, MIS or FinanceMust have 3.0 or higher GPAMust have courses or experiences that demonstrates and understanding of accounting or financial dataMust be authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorshipIndependent self-starter with high level of confidence and energy and a criticalStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skillsExcellent computer skills; especially proficient in Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of building dashboards in Power BI is a plus Additional Locations:
