We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about hardware and digital experiences, and is interested in playing a key role on the Amazon Devices team supporting the eero business.
The eero team is looking for a Finance Manager to lead go-to-market pricing analysis, commercial deal negotiations, and model new sales channel initiatives. As a Finance Manager, you will help define business strategy for eero, implement process improvements, and drive the business pricing decisions for our global portfolio of hardware and subscription products. You will be responsible for providing analysis and insights to decision makers and cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an ambiguous and fast paced environment, and be able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
Key job responsibilitiesLead pricing activities for new product launches, existing portfolio updates, and deal negotiations.Conduct financial analysis to evaluate effectiveness of pricing strategies to meet business objectives and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.Maintain a global price list for hardware and software portfolio and regularly audit FX movements and develop recommendations to adjust pricing as appropriate.Work actively with sales, partner success, and product teams to determine business needs to support growth initiatives.Actively participate in Finance initiatives, including but not limited to process improvements, ad-hoc strategic analyses, and preparation of pricing and unit economics reporting activities.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA.6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience.6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.Strategic Pricing Experience.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
