Job Summary

The Finance Support role is responsible for handling high-volume, complex, and sensitive transactions in a fast-paced environment.

This position will initially be remote, with the expectation to work onsite in the near future.

The role involves processing share transfer requests, resolving escalated issues, managing payments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Process share transfer requests, payments, and disbursements, including check and Fed wire transactions. Clear outstanding debits and resolve escalated issues. Reissue payments and investigate any discrepancies in financial transactions. Meet production and quality standards while adhering to compliance and control guidelines. Cross-train in multiple functions to support various financial operations. Collaborate with internal and external clients, as well as peers in phone and operational teams. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Required Qualifications Subject Matter Expertise in a core line of business, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Highly motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of personal accountability. Ability to work effectively across diverse lines of business and adapt to changing environments. Experience in managing numerous tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Client's Wealth Management products and services. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.
