Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing the compliance monitoring program for the Financial Compliance Monitoring and US Transparency Reporting department. Support accurate reporting of data for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) in compliance with Federal Sunshine Act and state reporting requirements. Investigate, document, and report potential compliance observations related to HCPs in CTE (expense reporting system). Conduct research to identify and correct errors in HCP and HCO data for federal and state reporting. Analyze large data sets, identify trends, and provide insights to support compliance and reporting objectives. Execute priorities established by the Manager with speed and agility, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Recommend improvements or new ideas and present them effectively to management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred). 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in MS Excel, including V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, and handling large data sets. Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal clients across functions at Manager/Director levels. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Solid judgment and the ability to identify when to ask questions and what questions to ask. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Background in Finance and Accounting. Experience with Internal Audit. Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (minimal experience is sufficient). Work Environment: Collaborative office environment with a team of 20 professionals.
