Due to growth in the company from new openings, they are seeking to bring in new talent to fill a few key positions. Menus are set at corporate and a large amount of the food production is at a centralized commissary kitchen Floor Managers manage the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. Their focus is on the front-of-house operations, which consists of managing brand standards, ensuring service meets expectations, managing inventories, and controlling costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met. Team of 140-200 team members depending on store ( FOH and BOH ) Reports to Direct Restaurant Manager or GM, part of team of 4 or 5 floor managers depending on store size.
