Food Runner - Brew Brothers

Job Description POSITION SUMMARY
Provide friendly and efficient dining service to restaurant patrons to ensure pleasurable dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Serve food in a timely manner. Ensure food orders are correct before serving to guests. Work in a fast-paced environment. Present a neat and professional appearance. Consistently provided professional, friendly and engaging service. Display enthusiasm and knowledge about the restaurant's menu and products. Routinely supported other areas of the restaurant including completing financial transactions. Other duties as assigned. MISCELLANEOUS Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions. Experience using and cleaning cocktail trays, bus carts, glass and silverware racks, coffee and iced tea makers, juice dispensers, soda dispensers, soda Bag-in-Box system, sharp knives, lemon slicer. Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or GED is required. Some kitchen experience needed. On the job training. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Walking/Standing 85% Bending/Lifting 15% (Overhead, arms - length, up to 30 lbs.) Kitchen environment, restaurant and convention room. Casino and high rise hotel. Expose to bright lights, smoke, noise and varied temperatures. Steam and wet areas.
