Job Description Summary
As a Forward Planning Manager working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for the managing a team who determines the utility of a Planned Acquisition, Entitlement of a property including obtaining zoning and governmental approvals, Oversee the completion, submittal and approval of construction plans and Oversee the Tax appeal process within the Division. Job Details We trust that as a Forward Planning Manager you will: (responsibilities) Due diligence including the physical and financial feasibility of a planned community Walk the site with the ability to determine potential for special development situations Work with consultants to prepare civil improvement, landscape and architectural plans for submittal, plan check and approval Attend public hearings and speak as required Solicit bids, coordinate, and track responses from vendors to ensure best pricing and product delivery Comprehensive project oversight and coordination with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring residential projects are constructed on time and within an approved budget Ability to read and interpret project plans Perform other duties as assigned What you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes) Analytical Communication Ethics & Integrity Leadership Teamwork About you: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Willing to travel FLSA Status: Exempt Pay Range: $104,360-$151,320 Bonus Eligible Will have responsibilities such as:
