Turnaround & Restructuring (T&R)Transaction Advisory (TA)Performance Improvement (PI)Finance Excellence (FE)Private Equity PortCo Services (PEPS)Transaction & Valuation Opinions (VAL)RESPONSIBILITIESLead workflows that will drive strategic decision making for our Turnaround & Restructuring, Performance Improvement, and Transaction Services sub-practice areas within the Corporate Finance practice.Work with Corporate Finance leadership to drive strategy, growth, and results.Drive management reporting, financial analysis, and other business-unit/practice-level analysis and reporting requirements.Develop and drive business development and operational initiatives.Prioritize and execute business development efforts centered around identifying new referral sources while equally strengthening existing relationships.Quarterback client proposals and presentations to increase and improve brand awareness in key market segments.Support other client- and engagement-related activities (e.g., engagement letters).QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.5-10 years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.Strong executive presence and high emotional intelligence to work with the most senior leaders.Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills including ability to concisely present information to senior leadership in a digestible format.Ability to work autonomously while delivering high-quality, client-ready work products.Excellent communication and written skills including very keen attention to detail and high proficiency in business writing.Aptitude to develop insights and recommendations to business problems.Ability to manage multiple tasks/requests, prioritize changing work demands, and learn quickly.Advanced PowerPoint skillset and strong Excel skillset required.Familiarity with financial research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.).Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
