About the Role The Company is seeking a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer to play a pivotal role in the ongoing transformation of its sales process. The successful candidate will be instrumental in working directly with the CEO to design and implement new sales strategies, particularly in the context of upscaling divisions and standardizing processes. This includes the development of robust platforms to manage revenue across sales, IT, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a background in large-scale projects related to sales and pricing, with a strong focus on the food industry, and preferably experience with SAP B1 systems. Key responsibilities for the Fractional Chief Revenue Officer will involve supporting the design and guidance of the new sales process, upscaling divisions, standardizing sales process and pricing, and developing platforms to enhance and manage revenue flows and streams.

Applicants for this role with The Company must possess a proven track record in sales and pricing, with a deep understanding of developing processes to create new revenue streams. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role is part-time, with a commitment of 20-25 hours per week, and is not eligible for sponsorship.
