Front Desk Agent

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors. *Duties* - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services - Handle reservations and cancellations accurately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times *Skills* - Proficiency in front desk operations - Knowledge of hospitality management practices - Bilingual abilities are a plus - Strong hospitality and guest service orientation - Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Experience in hotel operations is beneficial - Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous - Ability to handle guest relations professionally

Pay: $10.30 - $12.00 per hour
