We seek a customer-oriented and efficient Front Desk/Billing Clerk to join our team at Spine Clinic. As the first point of patient contact, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
-Provide support to other office staff as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- MUST have experience in Chiropractic or Medical billing
- MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records; knowledge of ChiroTouch is a PLUS
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma/equivalent or higher
