**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Front Desk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. The Front Desk Manager will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. **Duties:** - Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring a smooth and organized environment for patients and staff. - Provide outstanding customer service to patients, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize computerized systems to manage patient appointments, schedules, and records. - Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient payments and insurance claims. - Oversee the use of QuickBooks for accounting and financial management. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including calendar management and time management. - Manage and maintain the front desk area, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized environment. - Ensure compliance with dental office policies and procedures. - Provide support to other departments as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. **Qualifications:** - Experience as a Front Desk Manager or Dental Receptionist in a dental practice. - Proven customer service skills. - Strong computer literacy and experience with computerized systems, including phone systems and patient management software. - Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. - High school diploma or equivalent required. **Skills:** - Excellent customer service skills. - Experience with dental receptionist duties. - Proficiency with computerized systems, including QuickBooks and patient management software. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with calendar management and phone systems. - Computer literacy and ability to learn new software. - Strong clerical skills. - Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. - Knowledge of dental office policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.93 - $13.51 per hour
Work Location: In person
