Description Description: As a Front Office Representative at TMZ Events, you'll be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will greet visitors, manage phone calls, and assist with administrative tasks to support the daily functions of our office.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about our services and events. Maintain accurate records and databases related to office operations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. Previous experience in a front office or administrative role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
