We are seeking a seasoned Full Desk Executive Recruiter to join our organization, focusing on end-to-end recruitment and client management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-desk recruiting, encompassing both candidate acquisition and client relationship management. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, with the ability to find and engage top-tier talent. The successful candidate will drive the recruitment process from start to finish, consistently adding value to both clients and candidates.

Responsibilitie s
Recruitment and Client Manageme ntAssess candidates to ensure background, qualifications, experience, culture, and compatibility are suitable.Conduct detailed interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.Present shortlisted candidates with comprehensive profile summaries to clients.Create presentations, detailed summaries, and internal and external documents for clients and candidates.Track and identify prospective clients and candidates using a variety of channels to identify and develop recruiting and sales leads.Conduct interviews, references, and background checks.Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications with the client.Network and build long-lasting client and candidate relationships.Research into candidates, client's company, competitors, and marketplace.Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.Market the company through social media platforms and website.Formulate and edit job postings to attract high-quality candidates and drive increased candidate traffic. Internal Operatio nsPlan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes.Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to strengthen business operations.Identify opportunities to improve business policies and objectives.Manage schedules and deadlines.Maintain professional, technical, and industry knowledge. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing reliable results.Perform special projects assigned by the management team and CE O.
Preferred Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in business management, administration, or related field3-5+ years of relevant and/or equivalent experience Proven experience in recruitment and account managementStrong knowledge of candidate's selection methodsPrevious experience with sourcing tools, CRM, marketing, operational and account management toolsExcellent knowledge researching market status, trends, and best practicesClient and Candidate focused and strong relationship building skillsEffective negotiation, influencing, and communication skillsProficient in MS Office and computer literacy skillsAn analytical mind with problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesA team player with leadership skills, creativity, and resourcefulnessTime management and strategic planning skillsIntegrity and confidential
