Recruitment and Client Manageme ntAssess candidates to ensure background, qualifications, experience, culture, and compatibility are suitable.Conduct detailed interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.Present shortlisted candidates with comprehensive profile summaries to clients.Create presentations, detailed summaries, and internal and external documents for clients and candidates.Track and identify prospective clients and candidates using a variety of channels to identify and develop recruiting and sales leads.Conduct interviews, references, and background checks.Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications with the client.Network and build long-lasting client and candidate relationships.Research into candidates, client's company, competitors, and marketplace.Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.Market the company through social media platforms and website.Formulate and edit job postings to attract high-quality candidates and drive increased candidate traffic. Internal Operatio nsPlan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes.Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to strengthen business operations.Identify opportunities to improve business policies and objectives.Manage schedules and deadlines.Maintain professional, technical, and industry knowledge.
