Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD's orders Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with long and short-term goals Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately Pay Range: USD $44.00 - USD $52.00 /Yr.
