Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our modular housing construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project, ensuring seamless daily operations, top-tier quality, and timely delivery. This role is vital in upholding the highest standards of excellence in the construction of our modular homes, ensuring they are built with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all stages of the construction project, from planning to final delivery.
Coordinate and manage on-site work teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure project timelines are met and projects are delivered as planned.
Ensure that modular homes are built in compliance with building codes and local regulations.
Oversee quality control and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure design and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the design and planning team to solve any challenges that arise during construction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role in construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of building codes and applicable regulations.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical specifications.
Availability to regularly work on-site.
