Job Overview
As a General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive the team towards achieving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Duties
Manage all aspects of the hotel, including staff training, banquet operations, inventory control, and kitchen management
Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality
Ensure compliance with food handling standards and cash handling procedures
Oversee the operations of a quick-service fast-food restaurant within the hospitality setting
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality management is required
Strong background in training development and staff supervision
Proficiency in inventory control and financial management
Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols

Pay: $41,000.00 - $61,464.00 per year
