RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following:
Four years of general management experience in an elevated dining restaurantSpanish speaking a BIG plusProven leadership skills with a strong ability to assess talent and build effective teamsPrevious work leading successful training and education programs in hospitalityHands-on work ethic to direct your team on the floorHave integrity and high ethical standards in every decision that you makeStrong business acumen with results oriented systems and organizationBe an excellent communicator – both written and verbalEnjoy collaboration and working with a teamSalary Range & BenefitsSalary package – $85k to $95k ++ (starting base)Medical insurance available401kPaid vacation, company holidays, and leave programsJob CategoryGeneral Manager
