As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Geospatial Analyst and Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
All work will be under the direction of Lynkers Project Director and/or the Project Directors designee(s). The Subcontractor shall provide scientific and technical services which include but are not limited to:
Geographic Information System (GIS) and web consulting to implement upgrades to the database management systems in MCD, publish GIS interface applications on the Internet, build and provide support for product distribution systems, and provide support for transition to cloud services.Consulting services and studiesManagement, Training and System Support ActivitiesPerformance Standards / Measures and Quality Assurance
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related discipline, or a Bachelor of Science degree plus significant additional research and study in an advanced discipline + 10 years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, information assurance, enterprise infrastructure, business process reengineering, or systems analysis and design.
