We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gerente de Operaciones Restaurante to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, securities law, financial software, and asset management.
Duties
- Manage and optimize restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and prepare reports
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer services skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- POS and other restaurant management software
- Bilingual
