We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gerente de Restaurante to join our Subway Area Norte team in Manatí, Vega Alta, and Vega Baja. As a Gerente de Restaurante, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by managing all aspects of the business, from customer service to financial performance. Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing the front of house, back of house, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage the restaurant's finances, including cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with a fast-food or quick-service background.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including cash management and budgeting.
- Experience in managing a team and providing effective leadership and coaching.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high-quality dining experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Experience with financial analysis and asset management.
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting and public accounting principles.
- Ability to manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Experience with customer relationship management and customer service.
- Familiarity with securities law and banking regulations.
