Position: Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA Working Hours: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm & 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Per diem
Compensation: Let's talk - pays up to $15 weekdays / $17 weekends!

The Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) plays a crucial role within our care team, impacting the lives of patients and residents daily. As a GNA, you will provide comprehensive nursing care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver superior care and service to patients/residents and their families. Create a compassionate environment that respects the individual needs and rights of patients/residents. Assist in providing clinical care as directed by healthcare professionals. Requirements:

Submission of current documentation (within the last 12 months). Criminal Background Check (state-specific) GNA license/certification in MD Dementia Training Certificate Exclusion Check Qualifications: Certification as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Previous Experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dedication to compassionate care and patient advocacy. Dementia care training & experience in providing care to patients with dementia.
